About Me

My name is V M Aravind.

I am an Electronics and Communications graduate from MACE, Mahatma Gandhi University. During my career, I also did my PGCBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

I have more than 20 years of software industry experience, working with MNCs like Oracle, Broadcom, NeST and with clients like Hitachi, Lucent, Toshiba and many more. I have worked on almost all the roles in a software industry starting as a system tester, developer, team lead, requirement analyst, and customer interface. Currently, I lead, mentor, manage and coach a bunch of very smart engineers, helping them be the best version of themselves.

I am currently pursuing an international certification in coaching leaders.

Nice life, nice job. Why the heck is this guy doing this??

Recently I have set myself a goal to help the next generation leaders so that they can excel in their career. That’s when this idea of sharing my wisdom with college students dawned upon me.

Over the past 20 odd years, I have handled a wide range of situations from which I have learned a lot of very important lessons for corporate success. I firmly believe that a mentor and coach could make a big impact in everyone’s lives. With the formal training I have received in coaching, I will be able to help them discover their potential.
